ASX ANNOUNCEMENT 1 July 2015
Completion of acquisitions
Aspen Group ( ASX: APZ ) advises that settlement was completed for the acquisition of Mandurah Gardens Estate for $10.2m, as previously announced on 22 June 2015,.
Aspen Group also advises that Aspen Parks Property Fund ( APPF ) has completed the settlement for APPF’s acquisition of Ballina Lakeside Holiday Park for $16.5m, as previously announced on 15 May 2015. Aspen Group owns 42% of APPF.
