Settlement of non-core residential landholding - Byford

Aspen refers to its half year results announcement on 25 February 2013, and in particular to progress in executing its stated strategy of divesting non-core assets.

Aspen is pleased to advise that it has settled the sale of a non-core residential development property at Nettleton Road, Byford in Western Australia for $6.5m, with proceeds of sale to be applied to repayment of debt. The property formed part of the noncore assets, held on balance sheet, with the sale being in line with book value at 31 December 2012.
