In accordance with ASX Listing Rule 3.16.1, Aspen Group (ASX: APZ) advises that David Dixon has been appointed as Joint Company Secretary.
Mr Mark Licciardo and Ms Belinda Cleminson of Mertons Corporate Services Pty Ltd remain as Joint Company Secretaries of Aspen Group. Mertons is a specialist corporate governance consultancy and outsourced company secretarial service provider.
