CHANGE OF COMPANY SECRETARY
In accordance with ASX Listing Rule 3.16.1, Aspen Group (ASX:APZ) advises that Ms Men (Mandy) Chiang has resigned as Company Secretary.
Mr Mark Licciardo and Ms Belinda Cleminson of Mertons Corporate Services Pty Ltd are appointed Joint Company Secretaries of Aspen Group, effective immediately. Mertons is a specialist corporate governance consultancy and outsourced company secretarial service provider.
The Board of Aspen Group thanks Ms Chiang for her contribution to Aspen Group and wishes her the best for her future.
