Change of Company Secretary
In accordance with ASX Listing Rule 3.16.1 Aspen Group ( ASX:APZ ) advises that in view of Aspen Group’s impending relocation of the corporate office to Sydney, Mr Eric Lee has resigned as Company Secretary.
Ms Men (Mandy) Chiang is appointed Company Secretary of Aspen Group effective immediately. Ms Chiang has over 18 years of international company secretarial experience including having worked at MLC and Brookfield Australia Group prior to joining Aspen Group.
The Board of Aspen Group thanks Mr Lee and acknowledges his contribution made during his eight years with Aspen Group, and wishes him the best for his future.
