CHANGE IN COMPANY SECRETARY

In accordance with Listing Rule 3.16.1 Aspen Group (ASX:APZ) advises the resignation of Mr Diniz Cardoso as Company Secretary, following his decision to undertake an extended period of overseas travel.

Mr Eric Lee is appointed Company Secretary of Aspen Group effective immediately. Mr Lee has had over 18 year’s financial and corporate experience in Australia and United Kingdom across a number of industries including property and funds management. Prior to joining Aspen in 2007, Mr Lee held senior finance and commercial management roles for 8 years in the property business of Elders Limited. He has also had extensive public company experience having held finance roles in other ASX listed entities including Foodland Associated Limited.
