APPOINTMENT OF NEW CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER

Aspen Group is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr Brett Fullarton as Chief Financial Officer.

Mr Fullarton brings a wealth a financial and business acumen to Aspen Group having over thirty years experience at leading international chartered accounting firm KPMG and having been a Partner of that firm since 1994. He is an outstanding leader and mentor having been a member of KPMG Perth’s Local Executive Committee (leadership group) from 2002 to present.

During his tenure with KPMG Mr Fullarton established and led KPMG Perth’s Property Line of Business having had a particular focus on the property and mining sectors. He brings to Aspen Group strong technical skills and experience in the areas of accounting, financial reporting, financial statement auditing, financial analysis, capital raisings, risk management and corporate governance.

Mr Fullarton holders a Bachelor of Commerce Degree from the University of Western Australia and is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Australia. In addition he is a member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors and has served as a Council Member with the Western Australian Division of the Property Council of Australia.

He is currently a Commissioner with the Western Australian Football Commission.

Mr Fullarton will commence in the role on 16 January 2012 and his appointment follows the resignation of Mr Simon Martin who is leaving to pursue other interests. Aspen Group wishes to express its gratitude to Mr Martin for his work and wishes him the best for the future.
