2022 ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING DATE

In accordance with ASX Listing Rule 3.13.1, Aspen Group (which comprises Aspen Group Limited and the Aspen Property Trust) (ASX: APZ ) advises that the 2022 Annual General Meeting of shareholders will be held on 18 November 2022.

Further details regarding the 2022 Annual General Meeting including the Notice of Meeting will be made available to shareholders in accordance with regulatory requirements. The closing date for nominations from persons wishing to be considered for election as a director is 28 September 2022.
