Notice of Availability – website publication of the ASOS Plc Annual Report and Accounts 2022 and Notice of Annual General Meeting

We wanted to let you know that you can now find the ASOS Plc Annual Report and Accounts for the financial year ended 31 August 2022 and notice of the Annual General Meeting (AGM) taking place on 11 January 2023 on our website at www.asosplc.com/investors. You will need Adobe Acrobat Reader to view these documents.

AGM

Our AGM will be held at 12 noon on Wednesday 11 January 2023, at Greater London House, Hampstead Road, London NW1 7FB. If you wish to vote on the business of the AGM you can do this online at www.asosplcshares.com. You will need to log in to your share portal account. If you don't have an account you can register on the share portal using your investor code (shown on your share certificate) and you will be able to vote straightaway.

For your proxy vote to count, it must be received by our Registrar, Link Asset Services, by 12 noon on Monday 9 January 2023.

Voting by proxy before the AGM does not prevent you from attending the AGM and voting in person.

If you are a CREST Member and want to vote, you will need to contact your CREST Service Provider for help with this.
