ASOS Plc ("the Company") announces that Nick Beighton, an Executive Director of the Company, purchased 22,150 ordinary shares of 3.5 pence each in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") on 21 October 2014 at an average price of 2249.618 pence per Ordinary Share.

Following this transaction, Mr Beighton holds 149,944 Ordinary Shares in the Company.
