Notice of results and confirmation of Board changes

ASOS will announce its FY25 results on Friday 21st November 2025, where it will provide further detail on its strategic and financial progress. Management will host an analyst presentation at 0930 GMT and a live webcast will be available via the ASOS Investor Relations website.

As previously announced, Natasja Laheij, the Company's Senior Independent Director, will succeed Jørgen Lindemann as Chair with effect from release of FY25 results on 21st November 2025, following a thorough handover process. Jose Manuel Martínez Gutiérrez, currently an independent NED, will succeed Natasja as Senior Independent Director on 21st November 2025. A search for a new Chair of the Audit Committee is underway and an announcement will be made as appropriate in due course.
