Board Change

ASOS plc today announces that Jon Kamaluddin, International Director of ASOS, has announced his intention to step down from the Board of ASOS in October 2013, after nine years with the Company.

The process of identifying a successor to Jon is currently underway and it is envisaged that Jon will effect a smooth handover before his departure from the Company by December 2013.

Nick Robertson, ASOS Chief Executive Officer said,

"Jon has played a significant role in the development of ASOS over the last nine years, formerly as Finance Director and latterly as International Director.  Personally and on behalf of all of us at ASOS I want to thank him for his outstanding contribution to our success and wish him well in the future."
