Report Content The Management Board of Proguns Group S.A., with itsregistered office in Warsaw (the "Issuer"), hereby announces that on 16January 2026 the Issuer entered into a share subscription agreement withFabryka Amunicji Pocisk S.A., with its registered office in Warsaw (the"Company"), regarding the subscription of Series B shares of the Company.

Pursuant to the share subscription agreement, theIssuer subscribed for 313,000 Series B ordinary bearer shares of theCompany in exchange for a cash contribution in the total amount of PLN19,002,230.

The Issuer explains that the subscription of theCompany's Series B shares by the Issuer constitutes the implementationof the provisions of the investment agreement concluded between Forum119 Closed-End Investment Fund, Niewiadów Polska Grupa Militarna S.A.,Zakłady Sprzętu Precyzyjnego Niewiadów sp. z o.o., Fabryka AmunicjiPocisk S.A., and the Issuer, as disclosed by the Issuer in currentreport ESPI No. 3/2026 dated 16 January 2026.
