Report Content The Management Board of Proguns Group S.A., headquartered in Warsaw (the"Issuer"), announces that it has received information regarding thetermination of the arms sales brokerage agreement concluded between theIssuer's subsidiary, Proguns sp. z o.o., and High Ground Defense, basedin the state of Arizona (USA).
Under the aforementioned agreement, Proguns sp. z o.o. was offering inthe territory of Poland weaponry manufactured by High Ground Defense,primarily based on Gatling-style powered firearms.
The Issuer previously reported the conclusion of the agreement incurrent report ESPI No. 7/2025 dated March 6, 2025.
