Report Content The Management Board of MBF Group S.A. with its registered office inWarsaw (the 'Issuer', 'Company') hereby announces that it has concludedAnnex No. 1 to the letter of intent dated 31 July 2025 with Binary HelixS.A. with its registered office in Katowice, about which the Companyinformed in its current report No. 35/2025.

The subject of the annex is an amendment to § 2(1) of the letter ofintent by extending the deadline for the conclusion of negotiations onthe establishment of a technology consortium in the unmanned equipmentsector (for civil and military applications, including R_D and dual-usetechnologies) until 31 August 2025. The remaining provisions of theletter of intent remain unchanged.
