On 30 March 2023, Askari Metals Limited ( ASX: AS2 ) ( Askari or the Company ) issued an “Appendix 2A” for the issue and quotation of shares ( Shares ) in connection with the acquisition of the initial 80% interest in EPL 8535. The total number of Shares issued was 4,000,000 fully paid ordinary shares. The Shares were issued at a deemed issue price of 40 cents per share.

Pursuant to the binding agreement between the Company and the shareholders of Earth Dimensions Consulting Pty Ltd, 20% of the shares issued will be freely tradeable whilst the remaining balance will be subject to escrow for 12 months from the date of issue.

The issue date of the Shares was 24 March 2023.

The Shares were issued as part of a class of securities quoted on ASX.

Askari gives notice pursuant to Section 708A(5)(e) of the Corporations Act.

The Shares were issued without disclosure to the recipients under Part 6D.2 in reliance on Section 708A(5) of the Corporations Act.

The Company, as at the date of this notice, has complied with:

• a) The provisions of Chapter 2M of the Corporations Act; and

• b) Section 674 of the Corporations Act.

There is no excluded information for the purposes of Section 708A(7) and (8) of the Corporations Act.
