Asimilar Group plc (AQSE: ASLR), the AQSE quoted company with investments in the technology and software sectors, announces that the circular, including the Notice of AGM and containing further information relating to the proposed cancellation of the admission of the Company's shares to trading on the AQSE Growth Market, will be posted to registered shareholders today and will be made available to shareholders on the Company's website at www.asimilargroup.com.  

The Company's AGM will be held at the offices of Fladgate LLP, 16 Great Queen Street, London WC2 5DG at 11.00am on Wednesday, 27 March 2024.
