Update re: Mesh Holdings plc

Asimilar Group plc (AIM: ASLR), the AIM quoted investing company focused on technology opportunities in the fields of big data, machine learning, telematics and the Internet of Things (IoT), notes the announcement made today by MESH Holdings plc ("MESH") that the scheme of arrangement ("Scheme") whereby All Active Asset Capital Limited  ("AAA") will acquire 100% of MESH on the basis of one new AAA share for each MESH share has been sanctioned by the Court.  Completion of the Scheme is expected to take place shortly.

Asimilar currently holds 24 million shares in MESH, representing approximately 8.3% of MESH's current published issued share capital.  On completion of the Scheme, Asimilar will hold 24 million shares in AAA, representing approximately 1.3% of AAA's enlarged share capital.
