Result of AGM and delisting

Asimilar Group plc (AQSE: ASLR), announces that at the Company's Annual General Meeting held earlier today, four of the five resolutions put to shareholders were duly passed. 

In accordance with the passing of resolution 5, cancellation of admission of the Company's ordinary shares to trading on AQSE will become effective on 28 March 2024.  

Resolution 4, relating to the disapplication of pre-emption rights in respect of any future issuance of equity by the Company, was not passed.  However, the Board has no current intention to issue shares and this resolution had only been included to provide flexibility should circumstances change in the future.

Shareholders are reminded that the last day of dealings in Asimilar Group plc ordinary shares on AQSE, will be today, 27 March 2024.

The Company is exploring the merits of providing a matched bargain facility to facilitate future trading in its shares. Further details will be provided in due course on the Company's website, www.asimilargroup.com.
