Result of AGM
Asimilar Group plc (AIM: ASLR), the AIM quoted investment company focused on technology opportunities in the fields of big data, machine learning, telematics and the Internet of Things (IoT), hereby announces that, at the Annual General Meeting of the Company held earlier today, all resolutions were duly passed.
The results of the poll voting (which includes votes submitted by proxy) will be available shortly on the Company's website: https://www.asimilargroup.com.
As previously announced by the Company on 23 September 2020, Donald Stewart's resignation from the Board takes effect immediately. The Board would like to thank Donald for his unstinting support over a very busy period and wishes him well with his wider commercial interests in the future.
