This is with reference to our letter no. APL/SEC/15/782 dated 5[th] November, 2018 wherein the Company had, inter alia, informed you of the appointment of Mr. Ashwin Dani (DIN: 00009126), Non-Executive / Promoter Director, as the Non – Executive Chairman of the Board and the Company till the Annual General Meeting of the Company for the FY 2020 – 21.

The Board of Directors at their meeting held on 22[nd] June, 2021, approved the appointment of Mr. Deepak Satwalekar (DIN: 00009627), Independent Director, as the Chairman of the Board and the Company from the conclusion of the ensuing Annual General Meeting of the Company for the FY 2020 – 21 to be held on Tuesday, 29[th] June, 2021 at 11 am IST or any adjournments, thereof. Mr. Deepak Satwalekar shall continue as the Chairman of the Board and the Company till the conclusion of his tenure as an Independent Director on the Board upto 30[th] September, 2023.

The Board expressed its appreciation for the long-standing leadership and direction from Mr. Ashwin Dani in his role as Chairman. Mr. Ashwin Dani shall continue to be on the Board of Directors of the Company as a Non – Executive / Promoter Director.

Mr. Manish Choksi shall continue to be the Non – Executive Vice Chairman of the Company.
