ASX Listing Rule 3.14 and 3.16

In accordance with Rule 3.14, effective 06 October 2019, landline numbers with area code 02 in ADB headquarters and throughout Manila, Philippines will be prefixed by additional 8, e.g., from 632 XXXX to 8632 XXXX. Calling from outside the Philippines, the number will change from +632 632 XXXX to +632 8632 XXXX. This is in line with the National Telecommunications Commission order to migrate all 7-digit phone numbers to 8-digit format.

In accordance with Rule 3.16, Masatsugu Asakawa assumed office on 17 January 2020 as the 10[th] President of the Asian Development Bank. Mr. Asakawa succeeds Mr. Takehiko Nakao, who stepped down on 16 January 2020.
