Asiamet Notification of Significant Shareholding

Asiamet Resources Limited ("Asiamet" or "the Company") wishes to advise that institutional investor, and significant shareholder, JP Morgan Asset Management (UK) Ltd ("JP Morgan Asset Management") has advised the Company that it has increased its shareholding in Asiamet to 93,925,154 common shares.  

As such JP Morgan Asset Management's percentage shareholding in Asiamet is now equal to 9.37%.

As advised in the RNS dated 2 January 2019, the total number of outstanding common shares in the Company is equal to 1,002,249,373.
