Asiamet Resources Limited ("Asiamet" or the "Company") advises the following director dealings.
Antman Holdings Pty Ltd (Antman) an entity associated with Mr Tony Manini, Executive Chairman of Asiamet, the Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibility, sold and purchased 3,848,018 shares on
5 July 2021. The weighted average price for each transaction was 2.25 pence per share.
The sale and purchase transactions resulted in no change to the overall voting rights of Antman (1.11%) and Mr Manini at (2.48%) in the Company.
