Director Purchase of Shares

Asiamet Resources Limited ("ARS" or the "Company") reports that it has received notification today that significant shareholder Antony Manini, a Director and Executive Chairman of the Company, purchased 200,000 common shares in the Company on market at an average price of 3.25 pence per common share on 19 September 2019.

Following these transactions, Mr Manini's interest in the Company is 33,892,183 common shares, which represents approximately 3.09% of the Company's issued common share capital.
