ISSUE AND ALLOTMENT OF SHARES PURSUANT TO THE ASIAMEDIC EMPLOYEE SHARE OPTION SCHEME 2016

The Board of Directors (the “ Board ”) of AsiaMedic Limited (the “ Company ”) refers to the Company’s announcement dated 11 July 2023 in relation to the grant of share options (“ Options ”) pursuant to the AsiaMedic Employee Share Option Scheme 2016 (the “ Scheme ”).

The Board wishes to announce that the Company has issued and allotted 13,300,000 new ordinary shares in the capital of the Company (the “ New Shares ”), at the exercise price of S$0.012 each, pursuant to the exercise of Options granted under the Scheme. Total number of options exercised were 13,300,000 options.

The New Shares rank pari passu in all respects with the existing issued ordinary shares in the capital of the Company.

The New Shares are expected to be listed and quoted on the Official List of the Singapore Exchange Securities Trading Limited on or around 21 April 2026.

Following the issue and allotment of the New Shares, the total number of issued and paid-up ordinary shares in the capital of the Company increased from 1,134,522,270 to 1,147,822,270 ordinary shares.
