Ashtead Technology Holdings plc (AT.), a leading subsea technology solutions provider to the global offshore energy sector, announces that Mr Jean Cahuzac, Independent Non-Executive Director, has purchased 9,500 Ordinary Shares in the capital of the Company.

Mr Cahuzac purchased 9,500 Ordinary Shares of 5 pence each at a price of £4.234289.

Following this purchase, Mr Cahuzac holds a total of 18,100 Ordinary Shares in the Company, amounting to 0.0224% of the current issued share capital.
