Ashtead Technology Holdings plc (AIM: AT.), a leading subsea equipment rental and solutions provider for the global offshore energy sector, is pleased to announce the appointment of Peel Hunt LLP ("Peel Hunt") as joint corporate broker, with immediate effect.

Peel Hunt will work alongside Deutsche Numis, the Group's Nominated Adviser and existing corporate broker.
