Ashtead today announces that Ian Sutcliffe, who has served as a non-executive director since September 2010 and as senior independent director since July 2014, has decided to retire from the Board with immediate effect.
Angus Cockburn, who joined Ashtead in 2018, has been appointed as the new senior independent director.
