This is to inform that the Honorable National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT), Chennai vide Order dated December 17,2018, (received by us on December 20, 2018) have apdroved the Scheme of Amalgamation of Ashok Leyland Vehicles Limited, Ashley Powertrain Limited and Ashok Leyland Technologies Limited (Transferor Companies) with Ashok Leyland Limited (Transferee Company) and their respective shareholders and creditors pursuant to Sections 230 to 232 and other applicable provisions of the Companies Act, 2013. The Appointed Date of the Scheme is April 1, 2018.

The certified true copy of the Order will be filed with the Registrar of Companies, Chennai.
