Government of Tamil Nadu has offered to sell by auction the Re-issue of 6.33% Tamil Nadu State Development Loan 2030 for Rs.1000.00 crore and 6.49% TamilNadu State Development Loan 2050 for Rs.1000.00 crore in the form of Stock to the Public by auction for an aggregate amount of Rs.2000.00 crore. Securities will be issued for a minimum nominal amount of Rs.10,000/- and multiples of Rs.10,000/- thereafter. Auction which will beprice-based under multiple price format will be conducted by Reserve Bank of India at Mumbai Office (Fort) on August 04, 2020.
• 1. The Government Stock upto 10% of the notified amount of the sale will be allotted to eligible individuals and institutions subject to a maximum limit of 1% of its notified amount for a single bid as per the Revised Scheme for Non-competitive Bidding facility in the Auctions of State Government Securities of the General Notification (Annexure II). தமிழக அரசின் சிறப்பு மூத்த வழக்குரைஞராக ஏ.எல்.சோமயாஜி நியமனம்

சென்னை,ஜூலை 30: அதிக முக்கியத்துவம் வாய்ந்த மற்றும் சிக்கலான தன்மையுடைய வழக்குகளில் தமிழக அரசுத் தரப்பில் ஆஜ ராக சிறப்பு மூத்த வழக்குரைஞராக ஏ.எல். சோமயாஜி நியமிக்கப்பட்டுள்ளார்.

சென்னை உயர்நீதிமன்ற மூத்த வழக்கு ரைஞரான ஏ.எல்.சோமயாஜி கடந்த 2001 - ஆம் ஆண்டு முதல் 2006 -ஆம் ஆண்டு வரை கூடுதல் அரசு தலைமை வழக்குரை ஞராகவும், கடந்த 2013–ஆம் ஆண்டு முதல்

2016–ஆம் ஆண்டு வரை அரசு தலைமை வழக்குரைஞராகவும் பதவி வகித்தவர்**.**

இவரை தமிழக அரசின் சிறப்பு மூத்த வழக்குரைஞராக நிய மித்து தமிழக அரசு உத்தரவு பிறப்பித்துள்ளது.

அதிக முக்கியத்துவம் வாய்ந்த, சட்ட சிக்கலான தன்மை கொண்ட வழக்குகளில் இவர் தமிழக அரசுத் தரப்பில் ஆஜராக இந்த புதிய பதவியை உருவாக்கி, அதில் மூத்த வழக்குரைஞர் ஏ.எல்.சோமயாஜியை தமிழக அரசு நியமித்துள்ளது. இதற் கான உத்தரவை தமிழக ஆளுநரின் ஒப்புதலுடன், தமிழக பொதுத்துறை முதன்மைச் செயலாளர் செந்தில்குமார் பிறப் பித்துள்ளார். அரசு தலைமை வழக்குரைஞருக்கு வழங்கப்படும் ஊதியம் மற்றும் இதர சலுகைகள் அனைத்தும் வழங்கப்படும்.

தமிழக அரசின் சிறப்பு மூத்த வழக்குரைஞராக நியமிக்கப் பட்டுள்ள ஏ.எல்.சோமயாஜி திருவனந்தபுரம் சட்டக்கல்லூ ரியில் சட்டப்படிப்பை முடித்தார். கடந்த 1995–ஆம் ஆண்டு இவரை மூத்த வழக்குரைஞராக சென்னை உயர்நீதிமன்றம் அறி வித்தது. பல்வேறு சட்டப்புத்தகங்களை எழுதியுள்ள ஏ.எல். சோமயாஜி, கடந்த 10 ஆண்டுகளுக்கு மேலாக உயர்நீதிமன்றத் தின் விதிகளை உருவாக்கும் குழுவின் செயலாளராக இருந்து வருகிறார்**.**

பொது முடக்கத் தளர்வுகள் குறித்து இன்று முடிவு

புதுச்சேரி, ஜூலை 30: புதுவையில் பொது முடக்கத் தளர்வுகள் குறித்து வெள்ளிக்கிழமை (ஜூலை 31) நடை பெறும் அமைச்சரவைக் கூட்டத்தில் முடிவு செய்யப்படும் என்று அந்த மாநில முதல்வர் வே.நாராயணசாமி தெரிவித்தார்**.**

மத்திய அரசு மூன்றாம் கட்டப் பொது முடக்கத் தளர்வுகளை அறி வித்துள்ள நிலையில், தொழில் நிறு வன உரிமையாளர்களுடன் முதல் வர் நாராயணசாமி, தொழில் துறை அமைச்சர் ஷாஜகான் ஆகியோர் வியாழக்கிழமை ஆலோசனை நடத்தி னர். இதைத் தொடர்ந்து, தலைமைச் செயலர், அரசின் உயரதிகாரிகளு டன் முதல்வர் நாராயணசாமி ஆலோ சனை நடத்தினார்.

இந்தக் கூட்டத்துக்குப் பின்னர்*,* தனது முகநூலில் காணொலிக் காட்சி மூலம் செய்தியாளர்களுக்கு வியாமுக் கிழமை அவர் அளித்த பேட் டி :

கரோனாவால் பாதிக்கப்பட்டு உயி ரிமுப்பவர்கள் விகிதம் தேசிய அளவில் 2.5 சதவீதமாகவும், புதுவையில் 1.5 சத வீதமாகவும் உள்ளது. புதுவையில் உயி ரிழப்பை முழுமையாகத் தடுக்க நடவ டிக்கை எடுக்கப்பட்டு வருகிறது.

முதல்வரின் கரோனா நிவாரண நிதியிலிருந்து ஆர்டி–பிசிஆர் கரு புதுவை முதல்வா் நாராயணசாமி

புதுவை சுகாதாரத் துறைத் தலைமை அலுவலகத்தில் முதல்வா் நாராயணாசாமி தலைமையில் வியாழக்கிழமை நடைபெற்ற ஆலோசனைக் கூட்டத்தில் கலந்து கொண்ட

தலைமைச் செயலா் அஸ்வனிகுமாா், மாவட்ட ஆட்சியா் அருண் உள்ளிட்ட அதிகாாிகள். விகள் வாங்க ரூ. ஒரு கோடியே 20 லட்சம் ஒதுக்கப்பட்டு, கருவிகள் வாங் கப்படவுள்ளன. கரோனா தொற்றைத் தடுக்க முதல் கட்டமாக ரூ. 225 கோடி யையும், கரோனா தொற்றில்லாத மாநி லமாக புதுவையை மாற்ற ரூ. 975 கோ டியையும் மத்திய அரசு வழங்க வேண் டும் என்று கோரிக்கை விடுத்தும், இது வரை எந்த நிதியையும் மத்திய அரசு வழங்கவில்லை.

இந்த நிலையில், மத்திய அரசு அறி வித்த பொது முடக்கத் தளர்வு, தமிழ கத்தில் பொது முடக்கம் ஆகஸ்ட் 31 வரை நீட்டிக்கப்பட்டிருப்பது ஆகிய

வற்றைக் கருத்தில் கொண்டு, புதுவை மாநில அரசு என்னென்ன நடவடிக் கைகளை எடுக்க வேண்டும் என்று வெள்ளிக்கிழமை (ஜூலை 31) அமைச் சரவைக் கூட்டத்தில் முடிவு செய்து அறிவிக்கப்படும்**.**

புதுவையில் கரோனாவால் பாதிக் கப்பட்டவர்கள் வசிக்கும் தெருக்கள் ு (முமுமையாகத்தனிமைப்படுத்தப்பட்டு வந்தன. தற்போது, பாதிக்கப்பட்டவர் களின் வீடுகளை மட்டுமே தனிமைப் படுத்த முடிவு செய்யப்பட்டுள்ளது. இதனால், மக்களின் இயல்பு வாழ்கை பாகிக்கா து என்றார் நாராயணசாமி.

புதுவையில் மேலும் 122 பேருக்கு கரோனா

புதுச்சேரி, ஜூலை 30: புதுவையில் மேலும் 122 பேருக்கு கரோனா தொற்று வியாழக்கிழமை உறுதி செய்யப்பட்டது.

புதுவையில் புதன்கிழமை 735 பேருக்கு கரோனா பரிசோதனை மேற்கொள்ளப்பட்டதில், புதுச்சேரியில் 114 பேர், காரைக்காலில் 8 பேர் என மொத்தம் 122 (15.5 சதவீதம்) பேருக்கு தொற்றிருப்பது வியாழக்கிழமை உறுதி செய்யப்பட்டது**.**

இவர்களில் 85 பேர் கதிர்காமம் இந்திரா காந்தி அரசு மருத்து வக் கல்லூரி மருத்துவமனையிலும், 24 பேர் ஜிப்மர் மருத்துவம னையிலும், 5 பேர் கரோனா சிறப்பு மையத்திலும், 8 பேர் காரைக் காலிலும் சிகிச்சைக்காக அனுமதிக்கப்பட்டனர். இதையடுத்து, புதுவை மாநிலத்தில் கரோனாவால் பாதிக்கப்பட்டோரின் எண் ணிக்கை 3,293-ஆக உயர்ந்தது. தற்போது பல்வேறு மருத்துவம னைகளில் 1,292 பேர் சிகிச்சை பெற்று வருகின்றனர். புதுச்சேரி யில் 146 பேரும், ஏனாமில் 11 பேரும் என 157 பேர் வீடுகளில் தனி மைப்படுத்தப்பட்டனர். இதுவரை 1,953 பேர் கரோனா தொற்றி லிருந்து குணமடைந்து வீடு திரும்பினர்**.**

.இதனிடையே*,* கரோனா தொற்றால் பாதிக்கப்பட்டு*,* கதிர்கா மம் இந்திரா காந்தி அரசு மருத்துவக் கல்லூரி மருத்துவமனையில் சிகிச்சை பெற்று வந்த புதுச்சேரி அண்ணா சாலையைச் சேர்ந்த 51 வயதானவர் வியாழக்கிழமை உயிரிழந்தார். அவருக்கு உயர் ரத்த அழுத்தப் பாதிப்பு இருந்தது. இதையடுத்து, கரோனாவுக்கு பலி யானோரின் எண்ணிக்கை 48–ஆக உயர்ந்தது.

்1. தமிழ்நாடு அரசு மொத்தம் ரூ.2000.00 கோடி மதிப்பிற்கு 6.33 சதவீத பத்திரங்கள், குறைந்தபட்சம் ரூ.10,000/—க்கும் அதன் பின்னா் ரூ.10,000/—ன் மடங்குகளிலும் ஏலம் விடப்படும். இந்திய ரிசாவ் வங்கியின் மும்பை (கோட்டை) அலுவலகம் ஆகஸ்ட் 04, 2020 அன்று இந்த ஏலத்தை நடத்தும். 2. மாநில அரசின் பிணையப் பத்திரங்களை ஏலம் விடுவதற்கான பொது அறிவிக்கையின் (இணைப்பு—II)ன் திருத்தியமைக்கப்பட்ட போட்டியற்ற ஏலம் கேட்பு வசதி திட்டத்தின்படி (Revised Scheme for Non-Competitive Bidding Facility) விற்பனைக்காக அறிவிக்கப்பட்டுள்ள அந்த பிணையப் பத்திரங்களில், தகுதியுள்ள தனி நபா்கள் மற்றும் நிறுவனங்களுக்கு, ஒரு ஏலக் கேட்பிற்கு உச்சவரம்பாக அறிவிக்கப்பட்ட தொகையில் ஒரு சதவீதம் என்பதற்கு உட்பட்டு 10 சதவீதம் வரை ஒதுக்கீடு செய்யப்படும். இத்திட்டத்தின் கீழ் ஒரு முதலீட்டாளா் ஒரு ஏலக் கேட்பினை மட்டுமே வங்கி அல்லது முதன்மைத் தரகா் (Primary Dealer) மூலமாக சமா்ப்பிக்கலாம்.

1. ஆர்வமுள்ளவர்கள், ஏலக் கேட்பினை இந்திய ரிசர்வ் வங்கியின் ஒருங்கிணைந்த வங்கி சேவை முறையில் (Reserve Bank of India Core Banking Solution (E-Kuber) System) மின்னணு படிவத்தில் (electronic format) ஆகஸ்ட் 04, 2020 அன்று கீழ்க்குறிப்பிட்டுள்ள முறையில் சமாப்பிக்கலாம்:

அ) போட்டி ஏலக் கேட்புகள் மின்னணு வாயிலாக இந்திய ரிசா்வ் வங்கியின் ஒருங்கிணைந்த வங்கி சேவை முறையில் முற்பகல் 10.30 மணியிலிருந்து 11.30 மணிக்குள் சமர்பிக்கப்பட வேண்டும்.
