DIRECTORATE CHANGE

Ashmore Group plc today announces that Jennifer Bingham will assume the role of Chair of the Remuneration Committee with effect from 1 June 2024, subject to approval from the Financial Conduct Authority, in addition to her role as Senior Independent Director. Jennifer has served as a member of the Remuneration Committee since 29 June 2018. 

Following Jennifer's appointment, the structure of the Board Committees will be as follows:
