Ashley Services Group Limited (the Company) is expected to be admitted to the official list of ASX Limited (ASX) on Thursday 21 August 2014.
Official quotation of the Company’s securities is expected to commence at 12:00pm AEST on Thursday 21 August 2014 on a deferred settlement basis.
The Company raised approximately $98,700,000 pursuant to the offer under its replacement prospectus dated 7 August 2014 (the Replacement Prospectus) by the issue of 52,317,475 ordinary fully paid shares at an issue price of $1.66 per share, the sale and transfer of 7,170,101 ordinary fully paid shares at a sale price of $1.66 per share and the issue of 488,328 ordinary fully paid shares for nil consideration to reflect one-off management and staff bonuses.
