Resignation of Marc Shrimpton

Sydney: 20 April 2017. Ashley Services Group Limited (ASX: ASH) advise that Mr Marc Shrimpton has resigned as a Director of ASH and General Manager of Blackadder Recruitment to pursue other interests.

“The Board thank Marc for his significant contribution, both as a Director and a Senior Executive over a long period, both as a private and public company, and wish him well in the future” said ASH Chairman, Ian Pratt.

Marc will work with the business to identify a suitable replacement as General Manager for Blackadder Recruitment and facilitate an orderly transition.
