Appointment of Chief Financial Officer

Ashley Services Group Limited (‘ ASH’ ) is pleased to announce the appointment and commencement today of Mr Paul Brittain as Chief Financial Officer (CFO).

Mr Brittain, a Chartered Accountant originally with Touche Ross in the UK and Deloitte in Sydney, has over 20 years’ experience in senior finance roles working across a wide range of industries and geographies, most recently as CFO for UGL Limited’s Engineering Division. Prior to UGL Limited, Mr Brittain held various finance, merger and acquisitions and business development positions within CSR Limited, Rinker Group and Cemex, both in Australia and the United States from 1995 to 2010.

Mr Brittain has extensive experience in management of all aspects of the finance function of publicly listed companies and strong credentials directing large finance teams, integrating and streamlining financial systems, driving cash management and business improvement and this experience will be invaluable to ASH in its phase of a growing company.

Also effective from today, Mr Vincent J Fayad who has acted as the interim CFO and an Executive Director through the initial public listing process until now will revert to a Non-Executive Director. The board expresses their sincere thanks to Mr Fayad for his dedication and professionalism as interim CFO.
