Ashington Innovation PLC, a special purpose acquisition company ("SPAC") aiming to benefit from favourable price conditions for technology companies, announces that Jason Drummond has tendered his resignation to the Board due to his extensive existing business commitments and will step down with immediate effect.
Peter Presland, Chairman of Ashington, said: "I would like to sincerely thank Jason for his valuable contribution to the Board and we wish him well with all his current endeavours."
