Sub: Disclosure under Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 – Temporary Suspension of operations in the light of spread of novel corona virus - COVID-19

In light of the ongoing corona virus situation and directives received from the Central & State Government and local bodies, the Company has temporarily suspended its plant operations and functioning of offices w.e.f. 23[rd] March, 2020 till further notice.

The Company is monitoring the situation closely arising out of the COVID-19 and will take a call on resumption of operations based on further directives from the Government and other regulatory authorities.
