Ltd. pertaining to transfer of equity shares of the company for the period from 01[st] October, 2019 to 31[st] March, 2020 for the purpose of issuing a Certificate as per Regulation 40(9)of SEBI(Listing Obligations And Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 entered into by, M/s Ashima Limited with BSE& NSE and based on the information provided by the Company, I hereby certify that :

As per the regulation 40(3) of SEBI (LODR), the Company has delivered during half year ended on 31[st] March, 2020 share certificates relating to the transfer of shares ( 3 request consisting of 300 shares) and Name deletion (1 request consisting of 250 shares) received during the period from 01[st] October, 2019 to 31[st] March, 2020 within15 days, as entered in the Memorandum of Transfers and name deletion register respectively from the respective date of lodgment of each deed excepting those rejected on technical grounds. The Company has not received any Transmission or Duplication of shares request during this period. During this period, the Company has transferred 3992 Equity Shares to Unclaimed Securities Suspense Account.
