This is further to our intimation dated 26[th] March, 2020 on the subject with reference to closure of trading window commencing from 27[th] March 2020 till completion of 48 hours after the declaration of financial results for the fourth quarter and year ending on 31[st] March, 2020. The said closure period is still continuing as the Board of Directors shall consider the said financial results on/before SEBI extended timeline of July 31, 2020. A separate intimation of the Board Meeting shall be given to you separately.

We would further like to inform you that the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company shall remained closed for all the insiders including Designated Persons, Connected Persons and their immediate relatives from 29[th] June, 2020 till completion of 48 hours after the declaration of Unaudited financial results for the first quarter ending on 30[th] June, 2020.

The same has been intimated to all the Designated Persons of the Company.

The date of board meeting at which the results of June Quarter will be considered shall be intimated to you separately.
