With reference to the above, we would like to inform you that the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company shall remained closed for all the insiders including Designated Persons, Connected Persons and their immediate relatives from 27[th] March, 2020 till completion of 48 hours after the declaration of financial results for the fourth quarter and year ending on 31[st] March, 2020.

The same has been intimated to all the Designated Persons of the Company.
