Sub: Disclosure under Regulation 30 read with Para A of Part A of Schedule III of - SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 Resignation of Company Secretary and Compliance Officer of the Company.
Pursuant to the provisions of Regulation 30 read with Para A of Part A of Schedule III of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, this is to inform you that Ms Shweta Sultania has resigned from the post of Company Secretary & Compliance Officer (Key Managerial Personnel) of the Company by submitting her resignation letter dated 11[th] April, 2024.
The Company has accepted her decision to resign and she will be relieved from the services of the Company with effect from the close of working hours on 31[st] May, 2024. Her resignation will be taken on record by the Board of Directors at the ensuing Board Meeting of the Company.
Further, the copy of her resignation letter will be submitted to you in terms of Sub-Para 7C of Para A of Part A of Schedule III of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 in due course of time.
