With reference to the captioned subject matter and pursuant to the provisions of Regulation 30 read with Part A of Schedule III of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, this is to inform you that Mr. Hiren S Mahadevia has resigned from the position of Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of the Company by submitting his resignation letter dated 27[th] June, 2023. He will cease to be CFO of the Company with effect from the close of working hours on 30[th] June, 2023. He will continue his association with the company as Management Advisor to the top management. His resignation will be taken on record by the Board of Directors at the ensuing Board Meeting of the Company.

The Company will fill up the vacant position and appoint a new CFO at the ensuing Board Meeting of the Company.
