Company Secretary

ASF Group Limited ( ASX Code AFA ) advises that Tony Teng has resigned as Company Secretary of ASF Group Limited and its controlled entities and the Board has appointed Barry Neal as the new Company Secretary with effect from 17 October 2008.

Barry has had extensive experience in accounting and company secretarial work with listed public companies in a range of industries over thirty years. Barry is also experienced in doing business with China having operated a company in Beijing for over ten years.

The Board wishes to extend its grateful thanks for Tony’s efforts as Company Secretary since 1997.
