ASETEK - Share Capital Increase

Reference is made to the stock exchange release issued onApril 3, 2018 pertaining to a share capital increase inAsetek A/S (the "Company"). The Company has now registered a share capital increase by nominally DKK 10,423.80 to nominally DKK 2,567,224.00 (and not nominally DKK 10,863.60 and DKK 2,567,663.80, respectively as erroneously stated in the stock exchange release onApril 3, 2018) with the Danish authorities. The articles of association have been updated accordingly.
