ASETEK - Share Capital Increase

Reference is made to the stock exchange release issued on April 3, 2018

pertaining to a share capital increase in Asetek A/S (the "Company"). The

Company has now registered a share capital increase by nominally DKK 10,423.80

to nominally DKK 2,567,224.00 (and not nominally DKK 10,863.60 and DKK

2,567,663.80, respectively as erroneously stated in the stock exchange release

on April 3, 2018) with the Danish authorities. The articles of association have

been updated accordingly.
