ASETEK - Share Capital Increase Registered

Reference is made to the stock exchange notice published by Asetek A/S (the

"Company") on 13 April 2015 regarding the final result of the subsequent

offering.

The share capital increase pertaining to the 480,029 new shares has now been

registered with the Danish Business Authority.

The Company's new registered share capital is DKK 2,536,134, corresponding to a

total of 25,361,340 shares, each with a par value of DKK 0.10.
