ASETEK - Q1 2014 - Invitation to Presentation of First Quarter Results 2014, Postponement of CMD

15 April, 2014 - Asetek will release its financial results for the

first quarter 2014 on Thursday, 24 April at 07:00 AM CEST.

In connection with this, the company will give a presentation at 08:30

CEST which can be followed through webcast. CEO André Sloth Eriksen and

CFO Peter Dam Madsen will give the presentation.

Asetek is postponing its previously announced company update, which was

to take place after the earnings release presentation and AGM on 24

April.
