Asetek - Supply Chain Update

Aalborg, Denmark, 12 February 2020 - Asetek today provided an update related to

the company's supply chain in China following investor inquiries regarding

potential implications the Corona virus may have caused.

As of today, there has been no material impact on Asetek's business and no

Asetek employees have been affected by the virus outbreak.

The company has had enough inventory of finished goods to ensure uninterrupted

shipments to customers. This has offset any impact of Asetek suppliers which

have been mandated to halt operations until the end of the month. Additionally,

the company has only one supplier in the Hubei Province, where Wuhan is the

capital. In relation to this specific supplier, the company has redundant

capacity with providers of the same components.

As such, Asetek has no elevated exposure but is following the general risk

picture related to manufacturing in China.
