ASETEK - Update to third quarter guidance and investor presentation

Asetek communicated in its first half-year 2015 report announced 12 August 2015

that the company expected desktop revenues in the third quarter of 2015 to

surpass second quarter 2015 desktop revenues of USD 8 million. The company today

announces that it expects third quarter 2015 group revenues of approximately USD

10 million, mainly driven by its desktop business segment.

André Sloth Eriksen, CEO, is presenting at the DNB TMT opportunity investor

conference 2015 in Oslo, Norway today Tuesday, 22 September. The presentation to

be held is attached hereto, containing the information disclosed regarding the

company's third quarter 2015 guiding. The full third quarter 2015 financial

report will be announced October 28th, 2015.
