ASETEK – APPROVED PROSPECTUS

The Financial Supervisory Authority of Norway has today approved the prospectus dated 4 March 2013 in connection with the initial public offering and the listing of Asetek A/S on Oslo Børs, alternatively Oslo Axess.
The prospectus will be available at www.asetek.com, www.carnegie.no and www.arcticsec.no and will also be available free of charge at the business offices of Asetek A/S, Carnegie AS and Arctic Securities ASA.
